Haz preguntas lo más directas posible

Puede ser una buena idea hacer que la conversación avance formulando preguntas. Pueden ser del tipo Sí/No (es difícil equivocarse, aunque debes tener en cuenta respuestas del tipo “Sí, claro”, “Sip”, “No, ahora”, “Para nada”…) o bien con una sugerencia de palabra clave (sería como un menú disfrazado).

Utiliza distintos formatos para destacar textos

Te recomiendo usar la negrita o el subrayado para llamar más la atención, por ejemplo: “¿Le gustaría registrarse o gestionar su reserva?”.

Enséñale al bot a admitir la derrota

Es casi seguro que habrá casos en que el bot no entiende lo que el usuario quiere, y es muy importante saber gestionar esas situaciones.

Si estás utilizando la estrategia de menú, puedes pedirle al usuario que vuelva a escribir el mensaje de la forma adecuada. Otras opciones son redirigir al usuario al menú principal u ofrecer la opción de ser transferido a un agente, humano, en este caso.
