Great Service All Week
We just got back from Dreams Royal Beach, and it was excellent! From the moment you arrive, the service is non-stop. Everyone is friendly and helpful, which really helps relieve you of any stress.Luci was our personal concierge, and she made our trip memorable. From making sure our room was always stocked, to making spa reservations, to helping with random requests; we knew we could count on her!The resort has many activities, and you'll always have plenty to do. One improvement could be adding more pool chairs since they tend to fill up quickly.If you're looking for a family friendly resort, this is the one!

More Than Just A Stay, This Was An Experience!!!
My husband and I visited in January 2023 for my 41st birthday and stayed in the Preferred Club Pool View Room with a king size bed. Marcelo was our butler and helped ensure our trip was smooth and a great experience! He checked in multiple times a day to make sure we didn’t need anything and regularly made us feel welcome and I greatly appreciate his attention to every detail!On my birthday he had the room decorated and a bottle of champagne and fruit tray were waiting for us when we got home from our excursion. He also set us up for a dinner at the Fusion hibachi grill and had a cake brought out for me, it was so unexpected and greatly appreciated!The bar staff at Sea Legs and the bar by the lobby were absolutely fantastic! The drinks were plenty and they went above and beyond to make sure we were served frequently. Nelson J was the best server ever!Concierge assisted us with a taxi to our off site evening plans and made sure we had the hotel number and Marcelo’s number just in case.I felt safe the entire time, and like I mattered as a guest. Plenty of shade by the pool and along the beach! My favorite restaurant was probably Portafinos but all the restaurants are wonderful. As for the room itself, it was kept clean and the temperature was perfect. The bed was so comfortable!!!! I slept better than I do at home!My only suggestion would be to bring plenty of your own sunscreen although there is some offered poolside for the preferred club members and there’s a bottle in the room. But if you go offsite and need anything specific for spf, bring it with you. It’s expensive to buy from the gift shop. And bug spray. I did get bit up a few times so just used bug spray after that and was fine.

A Dream vacation
My friends and I had an incredible week at Dreams in Punta Cana and it was all because of the spectacular service. Nelson’s poolside service was wonderful. The boys of entertainment- Coca Cola, Mr. Wonderful, and Mr. Ferrari- bring the fun each and every day. This entire crew at Dreams is thoughtful and so dang fun and it is clear they take pride in what they do.
